One of the most meaningful gifts you can offer is your consistent presence. Reliable, caring relationships help build trust, create stability, and remind children that they are valued and supported.

You’ll only be scheduled to serve every other week, even if you select both Thursdays and Saturdays. Choosing both simply lets us know you’re flexible if we need to adjust schedules based on volunteer availability.

Terms and Agreement
I recognize that Fostering Faith is relying on the accuracy of the information I provide on this volunteer application. Accordingly, I attest and affirm that the information I have provided is absolutely true and correct.

I understand that I must notify the organization if anything changes on my application material, including my contact information. I also understand that I have a proactive responsibility to update the organization if I am charged with or convicted of a felony, or convicted of a misdemeanor, any time during the application process or during my time of service as a volunteer.

I authorize Fostering Faith to contact any person or entity listed on this volunteer application, and I further authorize any such person or entity to provide the organization with information, opinions, and impressions relating to my background or qualifications. I voluntarily release the organization and any such person or entity listed on this volunteer application from liability involving the communication of information relating to my background or qualifications.

I understand that background checks are required for all volunteers. By submitting this volunteer application I agree to allow Fostering Faith to run a background check.

I understand that Fostering Faith will consider each volunteer applicant on a case-by-case basis, and acknowledge that Fostering Faith reserves the right to select individuals who will be the best fit for the organization.
